Description

Главна дирекция "Борба с организираната престъпност" (ГДБОП) участва като партньор в специфично действие „Европейски оперативен екип Коста дел Сол“ (European Operational Team /ЕОT), ISF/2022/SA/2.2.1/012 - пилотен проект, който се реализира от Испания с подкрепата на ЕВРОПОЛ, и се финансира в рамките на фонд „Вътрешна сигурност“. Пилотният проект има за цел да създаде европейски оперативен екип в испанския регион Коста дел Сол, който да разработи и приложи съвместна стратегия за разследване и оперативна дейност срещу основните престъпни организации и свързаните с тях High Value Targets (HVTs), засягащи държавите членки на ЕС и трети държави. В рамките на проекта деветнадесет служители от държави в Европа, включително и от България, ще бъдат командировани за първоначален срок от една година, за да изпълняват оперативни задачи на територията на Кралство Испания, в частност в региона Коста Дел Сол (Малага). Дейността на Европейския оперативен екип ще бъде насочена главно към идентифициране, разследване и разбиване на мощни престъпни организации с висока стойност – HVTs /high-value targets/ и свързаните с тях организирани престъпни мрежи. Подборът на HVTs и създаването на съответната оперативна работна група/ Operational Task Force (OTF) ще се извършва в съответствие със стандартна оперативна процедура, разработена съвместно от държавите-членки на ЕС и Европол.
