Настоящият проект е свързн с предоставянето на техническа помощ за изпълнение на инвестиция C4.I1, подмярка 1 "Подкрепа за обновяване на жилищния сграден фонд" от НПВУ. С него ще бъдат финансирани разходите на СНД свързани с управлението и изпълнението на инвестицията
