Evidence and expenses
A project ledger: every supporting document with its fingerprint and a chained entry, bank payments matched to documents, allocation to budget lines and a package ready for verification.
Demo mode. E-invoices (UBL and CII under EN 16931) are read exactly; scans and photos are described by hand, as the demo has no OCR or language model. There is no qualified timestamp or seal either: the chain of SHA-256 fingerprints stands in for them. Ledgers made without an account are deleted after 30 days without a change, unless on legal hold.
Ledgers in this browser
No ledgers in this browser yet.
The sample holds an exact payment, a split payment, a set-off, a partial match and a payroll – every case the matching board handles.
New ledger
The list is kept on this device only, in a cookie with the links to the ledgers. Each ledger also opens from its own link – keep it.
The rules it follows
- Retention: 5 years from 31 December of the year of the last payment (Regulation 2021/1060, art. 82); Horizon Europe – 5 years after the final payment, 3 for grants up to €60,000; Accountancy Act, art. 12 – payroll 50 years, registers 10, the rest 3. The longest period applies.
- Payments by set-off, in cash or from another account are flagged as ineligible (PKIP beneficiary manual).
- A document cannot be allocated over 100% across all the ledgers you can access: protection against double funding (Regulation 2024/2509).
- Bank data comes from a statement (CAMT.053, MT940 or CSV). A direct bank connection needs a licensed account-information provider (PSD2) and is outside the demo.
