Describe the roles and Openfund suggests two or three team plans from the profiles whose owners agreed to be suggested. The decision is yours: nothing is sent without a person's approval.
How the suggestions work: people busier than the role needs and people with a conflict of interest are left out; the rest are ranked by skill coverage, free time and cost. No photos, ages or protected attributes are used. Every approval is logged. Candidate-selection systems are high-risk under the AI Act (Annex III, point 4) and the demo is built as one: explanation, human control, a log.
