Description
Проектът се реализира в резултат от идентифицирани нужди на община Варна за осигуряване на съответствие с изискванията на действащите стандарти и нормативи за улично осветление, намаляване на парниковите емисии СО2, повишаване на експертния капацитет в областта на възобновяемата енергия, енергийната ефективност и управление на енергията, както и подобряване условията на живот.
