Проектнотото предложение включва преустройство, реконструкция и пристрояване на съществуваща сграда на бивше училище в Център за социални услуги (ЦСПЛУТС) за до 100 потребители и резидентна грижа - 2бр. социални услуги - Резидентна грижа за пълнолетни лица с психични разстройства (РГПЛПР) за 30 потребители. Новите социални услуги ще бъдат ситуирани в с.Малка Арда
