Description
Настоящият проект е насочен към идентифицирани и поставени пред Република България структурни предизвикателства, свързани с подобряване на бизнес средата и въвеждането на електронно правосъдие. Тези две структурни предизвикателства в определена степен са свързани, тъй като качеството на съдебната система и свързаните с нея процеси оказват пряко влияние върху качеството и конкурентоспособността на бизнес средата.
